Mike Crocker is from Mobile, AL. He has a passion for photography and videography. He is also passionate about the health of children due to his first-hand experience with childhood terminal illnesses. His family was deeply affected when his niece Colette was diagnosed with neuroblastoma at age 2, which has a 50/50 standard survival rate. After 2 1/2 years of radiation and 2 bone marrow transplants at UAB Children’s Hospital, she has remained in remission and is now 14 years old. He and his family are grateful to UAB for being so helpful to their family during that difficult time. His desire to see health in children prompted his involvement in this event.
